Tools and Technology
Whenever a home inspection calls for it, we use cutting-edge technology for assistance at no extra cost to you. This includes thermal imaging, for which we’ll utilize an infrared camera to display heat signatures that may provide evidence of issues related to moisture intrusion. A moisture meter may also be used.
In the event that a home’s roofing system is not readily accessible, we’ll use an aerial drone equipped with a camera to closely photograph the roof—revealing important information about the structure’s condition that would not be possible to obtain otherwise.

Radon Testing
When radon gas is able to concentrate inside homes at high levels, it can be a serious danger to contend with—and what makes it especially scary is that radon is completely invisible and odorless. That means that health problems can occur without residents even being aware of exposure, creating a need for accurate radon testing. We use specialized radon monitors to test for radon, determining whether or not levels are safe in accordance with EPA standards. If radon levels are determined to be at a high-risk level, a radon mitigation service will be recommended.
Mold Inspection
Having a mold inspection before you buy is very important and is the first line of defense protecting your family. A visual inspection is the first step used to identify possible contamination. We will then use air sampling to determine the type and amount of airborne contaminants in the home.
